When washing your beeswax wraps please only hand wash with cold water and dish liquid soap. Just rinsing them off and air drying.
The beeswax wraps can last up to 6-12 months. You may find they will start to look creased but don’t worry they can be refreshed. With a set of tongs and a hair dryer or a heat gun if you have one. We hang ours up with clothes pins, and just run the heat over them until the wax melts, if you have a paint brush handy lightly run over the melted wax and disperse it evenly. Once your wrap has reached the end of its life, you can place into a compost bin.
